Product Description:
Polyaluminum Ferric Chloride – PAFC is a combination of aluminum and ferric chloride. It contains benefits of aluminum end ferric salts. PAFC is not monomeric but also a mid basicity product. It is widely used to purify drinking water, urban water supply, and industrial water. It is particularly effective for low temperature, low turbidity, and high algae water quality.
One advantage of using PAFC over other coagulants is that it has a lower environmental impact, as it produces less sludge and requires less alkalinity for coagulation. Not like pac, PAFC has no PH requirements and is fairly easy to use.
Moreover, Antimony has been one of the contaminants required to be regulated. Nowadays, There has been a growing concern over the adverse effect of antimony on human health due to its toxicity and its increase in industrial use. By the combination of efforts of both pac and ferric chloride, antimony can be highly effectively removed by PAFC, which can decrease the endangerment resulting from Antimony to human beings.
